Dear Customer, please proceed with the reservation only after accepting our simple rules;
CAKES: the use of cakes is strictly prohibited on Saturdays, on other days cakes will only be allowed with a receipt from the pastry shop.
EXTERNAL ITEMS: It is not possible to bring external bottles into the venue, nor to decorate the table with any type of item unless previously authorized.
PUNCTUALITY: To provide better service, the table will be assigned only when all guests are present. It cannot be assigned in any case (even if only one person is missing). Furthermore, the table will be assigned according to the order of arrival for the chosen time slots.
CHANGES: We cannot guarantee that we can accommodate any changes regarding the number of guests. In no case can we associate or bring together tables from multiple reservations, therefore, any changes must be communicated at least 24 hours in advance.
RESERVATIONS FOR 8 OR MORE PEOPLE: A credit card will be required as a guarantee and no charges will be applied. Only in the case of a no-show without at least 6 hours' notice, a penalty of €5.00 per reserved person or missing cover will be applied.
ANIMALS: Dogs are welcome, but they must be reported to allow us to reserve a more comfortable table for your four-legged friend.
N.B: The time you will be seated may vary by approximately 30 minutes. The reservation is to be considered as being placed on a waiting list in order of arrival. We appreciate your cooperation.
